Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Daniel Wellington purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original Daniel Wellington box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at your nearest authorized courier location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
